Portable Density Meter DH60

DH60 integrates the measuring functions for liquid level, water level, temperature, density and tank bottom in one, which is performed just by one button! After acquiring the data, the software on the PC will automatically calculates the volume and mass of the liquid according to the tank capacity table, which helps the managers to have a better inventory management and accurate custody transfer.

DH 60 series instruments are equipped with separated control units and sensors in structure. The sensor can move deeply into the tank to perform measurements, which means that the temperature and density at any point of the liquid can be obtained in real time, so that the tedious processes of sampling and sending samples are avoided.

DH 60 is connected with a tape, and is powered by the head part of the instrument, and its data transferring is based on a wired communication. In terms of the functionality, DH-60 is more like a super robot-the automatic portable tank gauging system.

DH series portable density meters have become an ideal alternative to the traditional manual sampling and measuring system. With just one stroke on the button, the measurement results are acquired and displayed promptly, which greatly liberates the operators from a series of tedious operations such as the measuring, reading, recording and calculations. More importantly, the results obtained from the meter are more accurate and reliable than those from traditional ways. Moreover, all the data, including the measuring time, tank number, product name, apparent temperature, apparent density, standard density, etc. are saved automatically in the instrument and can be downloaded to your PC, and data reports are available to be exported. Upon being connected to the remote upper level management server, all the data can also be uploaded to the HQ which means that the HQ and regional offices will be able to get the measurement results simultaneously. Throughout the whole chain of process, all the information is fully protected against any falsification or deletion, so that the authenticity of the measurement data are highly secured.
